great and responsive platform

Pros

Updating product content is pretty easy for us, whether through Excel or CSV files. The interface feels simple and the system responds quickly which makes day-to-day work much more efficient for us.

Cons

One thing that's missing is the ability to back up connectors or other elements like product information individually. Support also felt stronger before, when the always-available chat was there, the current ticket system creates a lot more confusion and disorder.

excellent product organization hub

Pros

It's excellent for us for keeping products organized and having everything gathered in one place.

Cons

The Magento integration was complex because we had to adapt it to fit our setup. Any improvements also tend to bring complications due to the customization required.

powerful catalog visibility and learning resources

Pros

The platform feels quite simple for us which makes it much easier to view our catalogs, connectors and photos. It has also helped us bring more order to the way we work and present our products. Another highlight is the amount of information and explanatory videos available which have been very useful for us for helping us understand the tool better and reinforce our knowledge.

Cons

One area that could be improved, considering the specific needs of our account, is the ability to export product information without needing a connector. It would be something similar to the enhancement they showed us for exporting image URLs. That would be very helpful when sharing product details with our franchisees and wholesalers. Another improvement for the catalog would be supply management, since right now it only has an informational tab and does not allow us to actually manage it or upload images.

reliable platform with outstanding support

Pros

Navigating the platform has been very easy for us thanks to its user-friendly UI/UX. I manage the system daily, making sure the data stays accurate, current and ready to share and after working in it every day for the past seven months, it has continued to feel simple to understand for me. One of the biggest strengths is the support from the IT team for us. Whenever I run into roadblocks while creating channels or updating data, they respond quickly and really know their stuff, especially when it comes to formulas and more technical questions. Even coworkers who only use the platform occasionally are able to move around it without much trouble and find it simple as well.

Cons

One thing I would really like to see is more automation built into workflows, especially for linking sales materials to products and creating new products or SKUs from existing product data. Right now, too much of that process is still manual and my team would benefit a lot from having those tasks automated. I have also run into situations where formulas behave the way I expect during testing but once the data is downloaded, the results are different from what I was expecting.

flexible custom fields collaboration

Pros

One of the biggest advantages for us is how flexible it is when adding custom fields and extra information. That makes it much easier for developers and IT teams to stay aligned and work closely with product and marketing throughout the process.

Cons

There are still a few minor bugs in the web interface and the options for building out the permission tree feel a bit limited.

powerful automation for multichannel updates

Pros

One of the best parts for me is the user-friendly interface paired with strong automation tools. It makes managing and updating product information across multiple channels feel much more efficient and far less of a hassle.

Cons

Biggest downside is that the initial setup can take quite a bit of time, especially when working with larger product catalogs. There's also a fairly steep learning curve for new users who aren't already familiar with PIM systems.

great tool for centralized catalog

Pros

Having the catalog for all 4 of our online stores in one platform has really improved how we manage product information. It gives us a centralized place to organize data and makes it much easier to spot opportunities and put together commercial proposals tailored to each specific store.

Cons

At first, synchronization with our SAP ECC updates was not working properly and when we imported family forms, some fields were duplicated or even created as new ones despite not being part of the configuration we had already defined.

centralized product data win

Pros

Having one centralized place for all our product information made a huge difference for us. Before this, everything was scattered across different systems and spreadsheets which caused inefficiencies and plenty of data-related issues. Once we brought it all together in one platform, our product data became much more consistent and accurate. Updating information which used to take hours, became far more efficient. We were able to bulk update product details, pricing and images and that saved us a lot of time, especially when getting ready for new collections or seasonal sales.

Cons

Interface can occasionally be a bit slow to load and if I had to be picky, I'd definitely want that to be faster.

Pros

Getting started with this software was very quick and I was able to use it effectively from the very first minute. It's simple to handle, simple and it has helped me improve my performance. Another big advantage is that it lets me adapt my services to my clients' needs immediately.

reliable sync across regions

Pros

Running three regional eCommerce storefronts comes with a tricky setup for us, since some brands can only be sold in certain markets while the rest of our catalog needs to be available across all three. Before we moved to this platform, we tested other product management systems but none of them gave us the flexibility or dependability we needed. Some would sync the wrong products to the wrong site and others would completely fall apart. After more than a year using it, managing products across our three websites has become almost effortless and we haven't run into any of the problems we had with the previous tools. We're now able to control exactly which products sync to which storefronts, quickly remove discontinued items from all three sites and keep product information accurate and consistent everywhere. On top of that, it gives us the freedom to make slight adjustments by region which our old platforms couldn't handle. For example, we can set different pricing in one market to stay competitive or use a different product name in a specific region, while still keeping the rest of the product data aligned across all websites.

Cons

A small limitation is that there are a few custom product fields on our websites that the platform can't sync directly out of the box. To their credit, their team worked with us to build a custom connection for the fields that mattered most which helped a lot. We still have a few remaining product fields that need to be updated manually on the websites but since those details rarely change, it hasn't caused much of an issue. Even with that minor drawback, the platform has been extremely valuable and has made managing our product catalog far easier overall.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about this tool is its user-friendly interface which makes managing product data much simpler. It also comes with excellent customer support which adds a lot to the overall experience.

Practical and easy to use tool

Pros

I like that it's very practical to view products and make changes to them without any complications.

Cons

Not a con but I think some filters are not very convenient to use and searches based on criteria other than the product's S.A.U. are quite limited.
