Right from the start, the platform feels simple for us and doesn't require hours of training to figure out. Updating products, categories and filters is fast and easy and it only takes a few clicks to make changes. Cons
There's honestly nothing to complain about in terms of everyday use, since it handles regular updates without any trouble. The only possible downside is that the lower-priced plans may feel limiting for a larger company because of the restrictions on users and channels.

From day one, getting started was quick for us because the support was there which made the setup process fast and easy. All product information is kept in one place, so it's very convenient for us to search, edit, save and export what we need. The different export formats are also really helpful for sharing information with non-IT users across the company and the quality reports are clear, easy to understand and simple to export.
Cons
A few parts of the product information editing page could still be better. After saving an edited article, it keeps us on the same page instead of taking us back to the product list which would be more practical. Some fields could also be made more user-friendly when editing.

There are not many customization options. Also, the catalog login does not support usernames which is something we need, since it currently allows access with only a password.

Cons
One area that could be improved, considering the specific needs of our account, is the ability to export product information without needing a connector. It would be something similar to the enhancement they showed us for exporting image URLs. That would be very helpful when sharing product details with our franchisees and wholesalers. Another improvement for the catalog would be supply management, since right now it only has an informational tab and does not allow us to actually manage it or upload images.

Navigating the platform has been very easy for us thanks to its user-friendly UI/UX. I manage the system daily, making sure the data stays accurate, current and ready to share and after working in it every day for the past seven months, it has continued to feel simple to understand for me. One of the biggest strengths is the support from the IT team for us. Whenever I run into roadblocks while creating channels or updating data, they respond quickly and really know their stuff, especially when it comes to formulas and more technical questions. Even coworkers who only use the platform occasionally are able to move around it without much trouble and find it simple as well.
Cons
One thing I would really like to see is more automation built into workflows, especially for linking sales materials to products and creating new products or SKUs from existing product data. Right now, too much of that process is still manual and my team would benefit a lot from having those tasks automated. I have also run into situations where formulas behave the way I expect during testing but once the data is downloaded, the results are different from what I was expecting.

Having one centralized place for all our product information made a huge difference for us. Running three regional eCommerce storefronts comes with a tricky setup for us, since some brands can only be sold in certain markets while the rest of our catalog needs to be available across all three. Before we moved to this platform, we tested other product management systems but none of them gave us the flexibility or dependability we needed. Some would sync the wrong products to the wrong site and others would completely fall apart. After more than a year using it, managing products across our three websites has become almost effortless and we haven't run into any of the problems we had with the previous tools. We're now able to control exactly which products sync to which storefronts, quickly remove discontinued items from all three sites and keep product information accurate and consistent everywhere. On top of that, it gives us the freedom to make slight adjustments by region which our old platforms couldn't handle. For example, we can set different pricing in one market to stay competitive or use a different product name in a specific region, while still keeping the rest of the product data aligned across all websites.
Cons
A small limitation is that there are a few custom product fields on our websites that the platform can't sync directly out of the box. To their credit, their team worked with us to build a custom connection for the fields that mattered most which helped a lot. We still have a few remaining product fields that need to be updated manually on the websites but since those details rarely change, it hasn't caused much of an issue. Even with that minor drawback, the platform has been extremely valuable and has made managing our product catalog far easier overall.

A big reason we use this software is to connect our product data with AECOC DATA and AECOC MEDIA. That synchronization has made our internal processes much simpler for us and everything is more manageable now. The tool is user-friendly and has a polished, well-designed interface for us. The edit mode view is especially helpful for checking product information and the ability to filter by any field gets a lot of use as well. We now have one central place to manage all product images and from there they are distributed to every channel which has improved the overall quality of our product information.
Cons
Getting the integration working with our data and with AECOC was somewhat complex for our category, since part of the setup had to be developed along the way together. Now that everything is fully developed, it works properly.
