Pros
The platform is easy to use and very user friendly. Also making modifications are quick and simple and one thing i like the most is that the site operates very smoothly.
Cons
I do not have many negative things to say but one issue that was a bit frustrating at first was that you could only upload one image at a time. You had to create a .zip file to upload multiple images at once but this was eventually fixed.

Sales Layer ability to reuse structures, automate product inclusion and generate multi-channel catalogs saves us a huge amount of time.
Cons
There is a thing I noticed that the load speed can be slow when handling large volumes of data which impacts efficiency on projects with many products.

What I like most about Sales Layer is its simple interface and the ease with which I can organize and update large volumes of product data. Plus the multi-channel synchronization is super efficient saving a lot of time in daily management.
Cons
When dealing with many records or complex attributes I noticed that the performance can be affected and data loading becomes slower especially in large projects.

The interface is simple and basic which makes it easy to navigate and it is well-documented. Additionally it is a scalable solution that gives users like us more control as long as they have the necessary permissions.
Cons

One thing I like a lot is that updating product content is a simple task with Excel or CSV files. Also the interface is user friendly and the system operates swiftly ensuring smooth interactions.
Cons
There is no option to back up connectors or other features like product info individually. And the helpdesk was better with the always-available chat while the ticket system tends to generate a lot more noise than solution.
