Pros

Shipturtle simplifies managing vendor shipping and syncing orders. Also the platform is easy to use and customer support is quick and responsive whenever we need assistance.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that some features require a bit of time to set up at the beginning and the documentation could be more thorough in certain areas.

I really liked how easy the app was to use. The interface is super clean and simple which made managing orders and tracking shipments so much easier for our team. Plus, their customer support is amazing ans quick to respond and very helpful!

Cons

Some of the more advanced features took me time to figure out but their tutorials and support made it pretty easy to understand quickly. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal to spend a little time exploring.

I like how simple and user-friendly the app is. Also the interface is clean and simple which makes it much easier for our team to manage orders and track shipments. The customer support team is also quick and helpful.

It can take a little time to learn some of the more advanced features but with the help of their tutorials and support, it becomes clear pretty quickly. So it is not really an issue as long as we take the time to explore.

There are so many features! It was super easy to install and get started. Plus, it's really affordable to test out and their support team is thorough and attentive.

The support team operates with a 9.5-hour time difference, so I had to adjust my schedule to prioritize support calls starting from 6am EST during the first few months while setting up integrations, configurations and customizations.

It offers a lot of features, is easy to install and get started with and is affordable to test or try out. Overall I would say the support team is attentive and thorough.
