Cons

I like how simple and user-friendly the app is. Also the interface is clean and simple which makes it much easier for our team to manage orders and track shipments. The customer support team is also quick and helpful.
Cons
It can take a little time to learn some of the more advanced features but with the help of their tutorials and support, it becomes clear pretty quickly. So it is not really an issue as long as we take the time to explore.

I really liked how easy the app was to use. The interface is super clean and simple which made managing orders and tracking shipments so much easier for our team. Plus, their customer support is amazing ans quick to respond and very helpful!
Cons
Some of the more advanced features took me time to figure out but their tutorials and support made it pretty easy to understand quickly. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal to spend a little time exploring.
