“Flexible pricing”
Pros
One thing that really helps is being able to update pricing and discount rules dynamically for each product. The variety of templates gives plenty of ways to make the online store look attractive and polished and the advanced templates make the website feel very professional and clean. It also takes away the trouble of dealing with hosting since the site is hosted ithe platform's own servers. On top of that, shipping integration with USPS, UPS and FedEx is available which is very convenient.
Cons
It does feel a bit expensive especially because many apps and templates need to be purchased separately through the platform. Another downside is that tracking sales and detailed information is not something I've been able to do well.

“effective store setup”
Pros
It feels much more powerful than Wix and similar platforms. The integrations open up a lot of room to grow and add new functions which gives you plenty of options as your business expands. Customer support has also been excellent whenever needed.
Cons
One part that feels lacking is the limited design flexibility for blog posts and regular pages. I'd really prefer those areas to offer more customization options.

“Keeps things organized”
Pros
Being able to sell online while also using the card reader at events has been a huge plus. It helps me keep everything much more organized and reaching customer service when I need help has been quick and convenient too.
Cons
At times, the card reader won't sync properly when I'm out at events. I can still enter things manually through the POS but it definitely takes extra time.

“shipping is easy!”
Pros
Was incredibly simple to get my products online and shipped out with this platform. Setting up the website didn't take much effort and the layout was easy enough that an everyday user could handle it without needing extra help.
Cons
The one thing I would change is the cost of just keeping the site parked. During a period when I wasn't sure whether I'd continue selling, I still had to pay $15 just to keep the site live.

“customizable”
Pros
Setting it up and getting it running out of the box is pretty easy and it's simple to configure and maintain while still offering a lot of room for customization.
Cons
Navigating this platform can feel pretty complicated at first until the team fully learns the platform especially once you start extending it through APIs. Thankfully it provides excellent tutorials and a very helpful knowledge base.

“multichannel selling tools”
Pros
One thing that really stands out about it is how efficient it is as an ecommerce platform. It lets you sell your products across multiple channels without much trouble and the inventory tools do a really good job of helping you track what's in stock and what's not.
Cons
The part I like least is the number of transaction fees involved especially when customers are not using payment method supported by the platform.

“magnificent for store management”
Pros
This platform is magnificent and has been a huge help with managing my business. Everything runs much better and even hearing that little "plimmm" makes the whole experience more satisfying.
Cons
Problem here in Brazil is that customers don't have the option to calculate the shipping cost for their purchase.

Pros
A lot of things make this software feel like a top-notch service but the biggest highlight by far is how simple it is to use.
Cons
Every now and then, the integration options can run into issues and slow things down but overall there really haven't been many problems.

“sleek tools for mobile orders”
Pros
Everything feels functional, polished and easy to use. I'm able to stay on top of my orders while I'm out and keep customers updated whenever needed.
Cons
There are definitely a few limitations with the app. It works well enough and gets the job done but you can't view abandoned checkouts and the analytics home screen isn't customizable.

“powerful plugins”
Pros
Right from the start, it has been very easy for me to work with. It's also simple for our client to manage on their end and our web developer has had no trouble using it either. The analytics are excellent and the range of available apps and plugins is really impressive.
Cons
One frustration is that the login process feels a bit too finicky. Also, it still hasn't fully solved every online business challenge for us or for our client.

“strong app ecosystem for ecommerce”
Pros
Launching an ecommerce business with this platform feels very accessible especially for anyone who wants a easy way to get to market quickly. Their partnerships with top-tier third party apps are a big advantage and give small businesses the tools they need to compete effectively online.
Cons
Biggest gap is on the design side. If it offered better tools for simplifying design work, it would feel like a complete package. As it stands, customization can be pretty limiting and it really helps to have a coding background if you want to fully control the site's look and feel.

“Great platform!”
Pros
Running an online store with this platform has been a pleasure. It's a very accessible website builder for ecommerce businesses, incredibly user friendly and the hosting is impressively fast. Their customer support is another big plus since it's available 24/7.
Cons
Speaking from personal experience, the free themes are where it falls short. They miss some important features and also aren't particularly well optimized when it comes to speed.

“solid start for online stores”
Pros
Getting my first online store off the ground with this platform was a good experience overall. Since I didn't have much background in ecommerce when I started, the platform felt approachable. The interface is easy, simple to figure out and not hard to understand. On top of that, customer support is usually friendly when I need help.
Cons
My biggest frustrations with this platform are the frequent crashes especially when trying to access live store information or deal with shipping issues. There are also quite a few things that can't be edited easily unless you go into the HTML. Because of that, I've had to rely on their apps more than I'd like and while a few are free, most of them add another monthly cost.

“secure storefront”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons people choose this for an online store is the security it provides. Since so many e-commerce businesses deal with credit card payments, self-hosting is not always a comfortable option and it takes that concern off the table. It also keeps sites running quickly so pages load faster and business moves along better. On top of that, it takes care of PCI compliance which is a huge plus. From processing payments to managing store customization, it gives convenient access to pretty much every important part of running the business.
Cons
The issue is the cost. THe platform offers a lot but you definitely pay for it. Beyond the monthly subscription, there can also be transaction fees when dealing with third party payments or sales. Extra apps can add even more to the total cost. Another weak point is marketing especially for anyone coming from WordPress. If blogging and content marketing are a major part of your strategy, it may feel limited because its blogging tools are not one of its strongest areas.

“Quick launch”
Pros
Very easy to work with. The setup process is simple and it's possible to build and launch an online store within just a few hours. You can even begin running it successfully with PPC campaigns on the very first day.
Cons
A lot of people assume that simply setting up a store is enough to start making money but that's a pretty big misconception. You still need to think through your niche, the kind of marketing campaigns you'll use, how attractive your offers are and plenty of other details. It should make this clearer to people who are just starting out.

“great for social selling”
Pros
Running my side hustle store for retro and vintage-style dresses on the platform has been a really positive experience. I used Magento for my shopping cart before making the switch and this was much quicker and simpler to get up and running. One feature I really appreciate is how easy it is to build a product catalog in Business Manager and sell directly through Facebook and Instagram. Overall the platform is very user friendly and works really well.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any issues with it. I've been using it for more than two years now and haven't run into any major problems or setbacks.

“no effort needed”
Pros
Customizing a site to fit your brand doesn't take much effort either. Since the platform has such a huge marketplace, reaching customers feels a lot more manageable and the app store offers plenty of solid, compatible tools that help me customize my shop to my needs and serve my customers better.
Cons
Using this platform does come with a cost and that can be tough when you're just starting out. The platform also puts some limits on how much you can customize and certain payment methods can bring extra processing fees.

“Has a lot of value”
Pros
Very easy to figure out because everything is laid out clearly and doesn't take long to learn. The features are all high quality and the backend interface is especially important to us since it works really well for what we need.
Cons
The reporting side could be stronger especially when it comes to building custom reports. There's also no option to merge accounts and it can struggle with reserving items for draft orders.

“Perfect for global ecommerce”
Pros
Last year, my wife and I started a global music apparel brand and chose this for our online store. It's been really convenient for e-commerce, dropshipping and print-on-demand. The app has also been a big plus. At any time we can quickly check visitor activity and see exactly what's happening in the store.
Cons
Third party apps can get pretty pricey and managing themes feels a bit outdated now and then. There's also a small adjustment when you're just getting started with the platform.

“professional storefront”
Pros
Going with this platform for my online store felt like a bit of a gamble at first but I'm really happy I took the chance. It's incredibly simple to use and it makes my store look very polished and professional.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. The only thing I'd change is that I wish it were free but that's mostly just me being a little too careful with money.
