“So convenient”
Pros
Running a store on this platform felt very easy and it supports a wide range of payment options. It also connects nicely with third party tools and social media platforms which makes everything more convenient!
Cons
I only tried it for a short time since I was just testing it out so I did not use it long enough to notice any major issues or anything that really stood out as a problem.

“Love it”
Pros
Even the basic plan comes with a solid range of features which makes it feel very flexible for the price. It can be customized to fit different needs and adding apps like a calendar for events is really helpful. The platform is also pretty easy to use :)
Cons
One thing I'd change is the selection of free templates. The available choices feel pretty limited and it would be better if the free options were more effective.

“user friendly setup and payments”
Pros
Getting started was very easy and the whole platform felt user friendly from the beginning. Everything is laid out simply so it's easy to use and setting up the payment options didn't take much effort either.
Cons
The website building part was a bit confusing for me at first although that may have just come down to my own efforts.

“powerful store builder”
Pros
Building and running an online store feels very easy. The platform is beginner friendly and lets me create a polished, professional website without needing deep technical knowledge. I also appreciate the variety of customizable themes, built in payment features and helpful apps that add more functions to the store. Other than that the product management order tracking and sales analytics tools make daily business operations much more organized and efficient.
Cons
A downside with this is that the monthly subscription and extra app fees can become expensive pretty quickly especially for smaller businesses. Some of the more advanced customization features also depend on coding skills or paid apps which may be frustrating for beginners. Even though the platform is user friendly overall, a few features can feel limited unless you move up to a more expensive plan.

“handy payments”
Pros
Being a free app it offers really good value. It's very user friendly, lets you manage the data you enter without trouble and makes payments easy with plenty of payment options available.
Cons
At times the tracking links stop working and when that happens there's no way to mark items as collected so they just remain in the app permanently.

“trusted all in one storefront”
Pros
Running everything from one place is really convenient and the platform feels very accessible overall. I can handle my products and sales in one dashboard which makes daily management a lot simpler. Their strong visibility also adds to the sense that they're a trustworthy company.
Cons
Pricing feels a bit high compared with the value you actually get. Other than that not every feature is accessible so some parts take more figuring out than they should.

“built for ecommerce growth”
Pros
Coming over from Wix, it became clear pretty fast that this option is much more customized to eCommerce. The difference in performance, flexibility and the overall ecosystem really stands out once you start using it. It scales more comfortably, the app integrations are solid and the checkout experience feels refined and professional. There are also a lot more tools available to help grow a business. Apart from that the customization options are strong and the platform has a big community and support network behind it :)
Cons
Getting started after the switch can take some adjustment especially when it comes to themes, apps and more advanced customization. The cost can also climb as you add extra apps and features over time. Another downside is that some things that seem like they should already be included natively end up needing third party apps.

“great order tracking”
Pros
Right away the biggest advantage has been how simple it is to use and how well it connects with our existing systems. Tracking and processing online orders is outstanding and getting staff trained on it is incredibly easy and practically foolproof. The value this system delivers has gone far beyond what we expected and it has become an essential part of our daily workflow. It handles different payment types smoothly and processing refunds is just as simple. Honestly it feels like a must-have.
Cons
I haven't run into any real downsides with the platform. It's user friendly, versatile and clearly built around delivering the best customer experience possible. We didn't need to use the website creation features but it understands the retail space so well that the rollout still felt polished and effortless.

“fast launch”
Pros
One of the things I value most about it is how quickly you can go from an idea to a fully working store. From a professional standpoint, it's a very solid platform for building ecommerce without having to reinvent the wheel: hosting, payments and security are all handled really well. On top of that the app ecosystem is massive which makes it possible to scale or customize the store to pretty specific needs. On a personal level, I really appreciate how simple the admin panel is and how convenient it is to manage products orders and content without constantly relying on a developer.
Cons
The weakest point is the cost once your business starts growing. From a technical perspective, there are also some limitations when it comes to deep customization compared with more open solutions like WooCommerce or fully custom builds. When you need something very specific you can sometimes feel restricted by the platform.

“has a huge marketplace”
Pros
Launching a store here takes less time than with most other platforms. There's a massive app marketplace so adding extra functions usually doesn't require custom development, the payment processing works well right out of the box and the admin area is clean and simple to figure out.
Cons
Expenses can start to climb once you add more apps and transaction fees can become noticeable if you're not using Shopify Payments. Some customizations also still mean working with Liquid templates which won't suit everyone.

“clean setup with some billing confusion”
Pros
Starting off with this was pretty easy even without any technical experience. The interface feels clean and there are plenty of integrations and built- in tools that make launching a store quick and manageable.
Cons
More transparency around billing and clearer communication would really help. It felt a bit confusing at the beginning.

“all my orders in one place”
Pros
Having every one of my orders tracked in a single app is my favorite part of it and that's been amazing for me! I also really appreciate how many payment options it supports and the wide range of cards it accepts.
Cons
The part I enjoy the least is that on almost every website I visit, it keeps trying to get me to sign in.

“everything needed for ecommerce”
Pros
Feels very easy to get an online store up and working. The platform includes pretty much everything needed for an e commerce website and even people who aren't very tech savvy can learn it quickly and use it without much trouble.
Cons
At times tracking down a specific feature can be frustrating. The AI support also isn't consistently helpful and it can take a while before you're able to reach a real support person.

“developer-friendly APIs”
Pros
Our team has been creating effective integrations for merchants, covering everything from advanced inventory platforms and custom storefront widgets to fully customized apps and more. The API has been excellent to work with and the documentation is clear, detailed and very friendly for developers :)
Cons
There are still a handful of features we'd like to see added but overall we've been impressed by the consistent pace of updates and how quickly the platform keeps progressing.

“built for busy sellers”
Pros
Setting up a store to sell my publication and accept payments turned out to be far simpler than I expected even without any technical background. It honestly feels designed with busy people in mind.
Cons

“strong integrations”
Pros
It was fast to get used to and it felt much more user friendly than other eCommerce platforms we've tried. The interface is clean so handling products orders and payments is pretty easy day to day. One of the biggest advantages for us has been the way it connects with other systems: we use it with NetSuite through Celigo and that setup has automated a large part of our order and customer data flow. Once it's configured properly, it cuts down a lot of manual work. The app ecosystem is also a big plus when you need to add extra functions.
Cons
The problem is that costs can climb over time especially once you start adding paid apps and dealing with transaction fees. The core platform is simple enough to use but more advanced customization is not very accessible and usually requires help from a developer. On the integration side, workflows through Celigo can also need regular monitoring particularly when sync errors or data mismatches come up.

“customizable storefront with room to grow”
Pros
I was able to put together a polished online store pretty quickly with one of the free templates and there are plenty of customization options to work with. They also keep rolling out new features which makes the platform feel like it's still improving.
Cons
One issue is how much it depends on paid apps to add functions. Paying for multiple subscriptions to cover features that feel fairly basic can get expensive fast. It also takes extra time to research which apps to use and in some cases they can slow the site down or create conflicts with one another.

“doesn't take long to set up”
Pros
Launching a store felt very easy because the interface is user friendly and simple to figure out. It doesn't take long to get things up and running and the large app store gives you plenty of options to expand what your store can do. Another big plus is the checkout system which works really well and can help improve conversions.
Cons
Something that really held me back was the pricing. It seems affordable at first but after adding apps and choosing a quality theme, the total cost climbs pretty fast. I also wasn't thrilled that some genuinely useful features are locked behind upgrades or require extra apps to access. Other than that getting full customization often means needing at least some coding knowledge.

“beginner friendly!”
Pros
Maintaining an online store felt very easy especially as a beginner. I really appreciated that I could build my e commerce website entirely on the platform without needing to piece together other services. From getting a domain and hosting to having SSL security included, everything is handled in one place. Also the hosting cost is quite low compared with many competing platforms which makes it even more appealing.
Cons
Up to this point I haven't run into any issues. It covered all of my needs and requirements without any trouble when I launched my first e commerce website back in 2019.
