It is highly efficient. Also I find it really easy to manage and it syncs instantly with our SoftOne ERP system.

Pros
We love how fast Shopranos runs. Plus the platform is pretty simple and their support team is excellent too.
Cons
The only thing I'd point out is the logo and name as they do not really reflect the kind of solution it offers to businesses.
