“Great for capturing both quotes & leads”
Pros
It has made quoting products so much easier for our team. We can track everything about our quotes with ease. It's really simple to use and my team had no trouble picking it up quickly.
Cons
I wish I had more admin control but we rely on Solidify for support and they're always really responsive to our needs. It would just be more convenient for me to make quick updates on my own but overall, they've been great.
