Affordable tool that delivered results

Pros

Searching for a partner to help take your wholesale/retail business to the internet is a tedious task. Finding an affordable one almost seems impossible. Speartek was honest, affordable, and ultimately turned our vision into reality.

Experts in wholesale industry

Pros

We've known the team at Speartek from the beginning of our business, and over time saw the dedication and commitment they have to their clients. We knew when we were ready for a wholesale site, they were the go-to experts we needed. They took our previous site and built a wholesale specific site consistent with our brand and helped us make the transition smooth and swift. They are always ready and available to help us when we need it, and they know the specific and detailed needs of us as a brand as well as the ordering needs of retail stores because this their expertise. Because their focus is on B to B and they're so immersed in this industry exclusively, I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle our brand and site for my wholesale business then Speartek.

Powerful site that transformed our operations

Pros

Speartek was up for the challenge of a very aggressive timeline and getting a complicated distributor website up in record time. With multiple price levels for distributors, retailers, and consumers, the complexity of the pricing alone was intense. Additionally we wanted the site integrated to our ERP so that orders would automatically be processed. We launched a powerful site and changed how we do business. The website processed over a thousand orders by only the third month and within six months was handling 60% of our transaction volume. It quickly became the most productive member of our customer service team.

Trusted partner with industry expertise

Pros

We chose Speartek because of Derek's in-depth knowledge of our back-end systems and industry. Many of the competitors that we interviewed had no knowledge of our back-end systems or industry. Many of them asked us to switch to other programs that would meet their requirements, not ours. We definitely enjoyed working with the Speartek team, as they have become a business partner who cares about how we conduct business with our customers in a positive way. I also developed a very good personal friendship with Derek, along with a business relationship, as that doesn't happen every day.

Pros

Speartek doesn't just use the term 'partner'... they absolutely delivered on this project. Old Dominion is a major client with several thousand drivers that all need uniforms and each employee order is individually processed. Derek joined us at the ODFL headquarters, documented the requirements of the most complex project we have ever attempted, and then designed and delivered a solution that has automated a process that in the past took a team of people to manage.
