Speartek was up for the challenge of a very aggressive timeline and getting a complicated distributor website up in record time. With multiple price levels for distributors, retailers, and consumers, the complexity of the pricing alone was intense. Additionally we wanted the site integrated to our ERP so that orders would automatically be processed. We launched a powerful site and changed how we do business. The website processed over a thousand orders by only the third month and within six months was handling 60% of our transaction volume. It quickly became the most productive member of our customer service team.

They took our previous site and built a wholesale specific site consistent with our brand and helped us make the transition smooth and swift. They are always ready and available to help us when we need it, and they know the specific and detailed needs of us as a brand as well as the ordering needs of retail stores because this their expertise. Because their focus is on B to B and they're so immersed in this industry exclusively, I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle our brand and site for my wholesale business then Speartek.
