“StoreAutomator really stands out

Pros

I have to give a shout-out to the customer support team at StoreAutomator. They're always quick to respond, know their stuff and are more than happy to help with any issues or questions. The onboarding was smooth, thanks to their thorough guidance and great resources. One thing I really love about Itr is how easily it integrates with platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify and more. It's so easy to manage all my listings, orders and inventory from a single dashboard. If you're looking for a tool to help you scale your online business and manage multiple channels effortlessly, I totally recommend StoreAutomator.

Cons

The only downside I'd mention about StoreAutomator is that you have to pick formula based rules for channels like Amazon or use a repricing tool that adjusts based on competitive pricing. It would be nice to have the option to use pricing between the formulas instead.

“User-friendly & fast

Pros

The integration process was really fast and easy. The system has all the features you need but doesn't overcomplicate things. We got everything set up in just two weeks and switched from our previous provider. The savings we've seen are huge and the solution we have now is much better.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. It does everything we need, works great and is super easy to use and all at a good price.

Pros

It is kind of like Excel in a way. There are so many different ways to accomplish what you need to do.

Cons

It can be complex. Sometimes the support team gives techy answers which can be tough since I'm not that tech-savvy.

“Our journey with SA

Pros

Creating listings is very easy especially when the changes between them are minimal. I use the clone function a lot. The support team is amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable. I reach out to them regularly, and they always have the right answers and fixes. It's also helped us save money by allowing us to manage and carry less inventory.

Cons

I think it would be really helpful to have an onboarding sheet at the start of the process. The mapping and categorizing of items were confusing for us since this was our first time using something like this. Maybe simplifying the library for mapping and categorizing items would make it easier. Also, there's sometimes a delay in updating quantities across channels especially when we're down to 1 or 2 units of a specific SKU.

It's really convenient to manage all my products and inventory in one place.

Cons

No cons. It was user-friendly and it was really easy to connect to other marketplaces via API like Walmart Marketplace and Amazon Marketplace.

“A top multi-channel platform

Pros

The user interface is easy to use and it loads really fast. StoreAutomator has so many features you won't find in other software, plus it has a huge list of marketplace integrations that are ready to go. The support team is really knowledgeable and quick to respond to tickets 24/7. We've been using the platform for over two years and there's been zero downtime,100% uptime.

Cons

Like with any software, there are a few features that could be added to better suit our needs like data filters and stronger reporting.

Pros

The power of this software is incredible. It can turn your most creative ideas into a reality.

Cons

One big issue is that you can't change the SKU once the product is created. Also, being able to remove or add SKUs to kits/bundles would be great. This is a big complaint since we sometimes improve a kit but have to be really careful when deleting old products.
