I have to give a shout-out to the customer support team at StoreAutomator. They're always quick to respond, know their stuff and are more than happy to help with any issues or questions. The onboarding was smooth, thanks to their thorough guidance and great resources. One thing I really love about Itr is how easily it integrates with platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify and more. It's so easy to manage all my listings, orders and inventory from a single dashboard. If you're looking for a tool to help you scale your online business and manage multiple channels effortlessly, I totally recommend StoreAutomator.
Cons
The only downside I'd mention about StoreAutomator is that you have to pick formula based rules for channels like Amazon or use a repricing tool that adjusts based on competitive pricing. It would be nice to have the option to use pricing between the formulas instead.

The integration process was really fast and easy. The system has all the features you need but doesn't overcomplicate things. We got everything set up in just two weeks and switched from our previous provider. The savings we've seen are huge and the solution we have now is much better.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much to dislike. It does everything we need, works great and is super easy to use and all at a good price.

The power of this software is incredible. It can turn your most creative ideas into a reality.
Cons
One big issue is that you can't change the SKU once the product is created. Also, being able to remove or add SKUs to kits/bundles would be great. This is a big complaint since we sometimes improve a kit but have to be really careful when deleting old products.
