“Going from Excel to Sumtracker
Pros
The customer support is awesome! The product is very easy to use and the training resources are great. Honestly, it's so simple that I only needed to check a few things here and there. One of the best features is being able to track how the products move and it's very valuable for our business.
Cons
I know the data is being tracked but I can't seem to pull it all together in one report. It would be amazing if there was a report builder to make this easier.

Pros
Everything is spot on. The numbers are always accurate which is really important for me.
Cons
It would be really helpful if they added an arrow button at the bottom of the product page. That's definitely something I think they should consider.

“Total game-changer for inventory
Pros
We've been using Sumtracker every day for over a year and honestly, it's exceeded all our expectations. We manage thousands of SKUs and parts and the ability to bundle components together is a game-changer. Before Sumtracker, we couldn't find anything that would work for our business. Also their customer support is always open to suggestions and we love that they update the system frequently to add even more value.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing we dislike about Sumtracker. It's been great so far!

Pros
The support team is quick to respond to all our requests. It is really easy to use and it's something our teams use every day without any issues!
Cons
The purchase order feature could use some improvement. It would be nice if it was more accurate and made more sense in terms of logic.

“Beyond great!
Pros
They actually listen when we have an issue or need a new feature. Setting up and integrating with multiple stores was really easy for us which is great.
Cons
Sometimes we hit "roadblocks" or realize there's a feature we need that isn't available. It can be a little frustrating when that happens.

“Managing multiple channels easily
Pros
The setup was easy and it syncs inventory across all our sales channels. We've tried other inventory control apps but It is by far the best. Their customer support always responds quickly and provides clear, helpful answers.
Cons
The price is decent but I really wish it was cheaper. It would make it more accessible for smaller businesses like mine.

“Essential but sometimes slow
Pros
We love how we can break down our inventory into what's in stock, what's booked in orders and what's available. This feature is essential for our large catalog. Plus being able to manage and track inventory across multiple stores smoothly is awesome!
Cons
Sometimes it gets really slow and that messes with our operations. Inventory updates can take a while and that causes delays all over the place especially since we move through inventory quickly.

It's very quick and easy to use, plus it has lots of features, some of which are even more useful than we expected!
Cons
One thing it doesn't do is manage pricing for listings which would be very helpful for us on marketplaces. It also doesn't let me scan QR codes directly from my phone to check stock as I move things around which could really streamline the process.

“Simplifying inventory across sites
Pros
It has seriously made managing inventory so much easier. I used to stress about overselling or running out of stock across the different marketplaces I run but the real-time syncing has been a lifesaver. I also really love the product bundle feature and it makes managing items with multiple components super easy. Another feature I love is the table for stock adjustments. it's quick and saves a ton of time when I need to update lots of items at once.
Cons
The price can be challenging especially for smaller businesses like mine and it feels a little expensive. Also the product listings only let me add basic info and don't support images, so I can't make my listings as detailed as I'd like.
