Exceptional for managing customer review

Pros

TargetBay platform is very user friendly and has made it easy for us to gather and display authentic customer reviews. Plus the automation features and customizable widgets have significantly improved our review strategy.

Cons

Setting up the integrations had a bit of a learning curve but their support team was quick to respond and very helpful whenever we needed an assistance.

Pros

The support team is always on top of things. They proactively reach out to ensure we are fully utilizing all the available tools.

Provides outstanding service

Pros

Honestly, they offer the best support like whenever I have a question, they are always quick to help and make sure to respond on time, every time.

Cons

I really wish I had known about this earlier as it would have been great to implement when we switched from Magento to BigCommerce.

Excellent tool

Pros

The ease of use, excellent customer support and seamless shopify integration have made a huge difference. The results truly speak for themselves.

They offer top class assistance

Pros

TargetBay service is incredible and the support team is outstanding which is why we have switched all our brands to it due to their excellent customer service and top notch offerings.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that building emails can be a bit tricky. The column feature in particular is hard to manage.

Fairly simple to use tool

Pros

I love how easy and simple this platform is to use. I can quickly gather feedback from customers about products and website usability. Plus my customer service rep is fantastic too as He is always responsive and provides exceptional support.

Cons

There is not much to dislike. They are always making improvements and enhancing the service.

Pleased with it so far

Pros

We have tried several review platforms before but Target bay delivers everything those did and more. Their QandA feature has been especially helpful as it allows customers to find answers to their questions before contacting our sales team, saving us time and effort.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons right now as I mentioned, I have been very happy with their service.

Phenomenal service and great features

Pros

Whenever I have questions or need to discuss my account I can always reach someone right away. My sales rep and his team have been managing our account for years. In fact we had not been in touch for over a year but I was able to schedule a meeting the very next day. It is refreshing to have the same team supporting us all this time. He is always looking for ways to help and save us money so thank you!

Cons

There is very little to complain about. I have been with them for over two years and everything has been going smoothly.

It's a complete package

Pros

A powerful platform with a fantastic human touch. While their tools for managing product and seller reviews and running email campaigns are efficient and easy to use, it is their dedicated customer support that truly stands out. It is rare to find a company where both the technology and the team excel. Plus their competitive pricing especially when compared to competitors like Yotpo offers great value. Every interaction particularly with our account manager felt personal and focused on our business success. It was not just about using a service as it felt like a partnership aimed at helping us thrive.

Cons

While it has generally been great for our needs still no service is without its issues. One area for improvement is the user interface which can sometimes feel less intuitive compared to some of its competitors. Also while the support team is very responsive, I have occasionally wished for more in depth tutorials or onboarding materials to help implement some of the advanced features. These are minor issues but with a bit more polish on the UI and additional learning resources their platform would be nearly flawless.

Pros
