“Still figuring it out

Pros

The idea behind this is awesome and it's exactly what a fashion brand needs. Of course it's still new, so there are some parts that need improvement but that's the best part about TURIS. They take all feedback seriously, no matter how small. If they can work on it, they will. If it's a bigger change, they put it on the list. Over time all the suggestions are added in and TURIS keeps getting better.

Cons

The more you work with TURIS, the better you get at understanding it and also the features you need. Some things don't always make sense and there are times when certain features are missing but if you share your ideas, they really do listen. We were a bit disappointed by the speed at first but they fixed it really quickly!

“Turis working with MOEBE

Pros

Its very easy for our customers to use and the email flow after an order is placed is a great service and it's really manageable. Onboarding was smooth too, thanks to the great service from the Turis team.

Cons

The platform is pretty easy to use. It could be even better if it had more data or KPIs like the average sale per retailer, how often each retailer uses the platform and things like that.

“Excellent tool & amazing customer service

Pros

The implementation team was fantastic. It really helped us assign customer orders to the right agents. Plus, being able to show customers the full product range automatically boosts sales such a smart feature.

Cons

I see a lot of potential here and any extra functionality would just be a bonus.

“Easy to use

Pros

The front end experience for our B2B customers is really easy to use, kind of like a webshop. As a business owner though, I feel like the platform could use a few more features. It would work better if it was integrated with other platforms. If they add more features like a dashboard and reports, I'd be happy to keep using it but I'm unsure about renewing right now.

Cons

Honestly, it still feels a bit like we're using a beta version but I don't think the customers notice much.

“Works great for Riffle and Snoozebaby

Pros

The customer service is amazing! They really listen and adjust whenever we ask about missing features or changes. The onboarding process is personal and friendly and it's focused and doesn't overwhelm us with unnecessary info, unlike other software we've used. We've got an account manager but we've also been in touch with both owners. Whenever we run into missing features that require a lot of manual work, they either take care of it for us or help us find a solution.

Cons

Sometimes, it feels like the company is still pretty new and there are a few features missing that would be nice to have. But honestly everything we've asked about is either in development or coming soon.

“Flexible solution!

Pros

It's really impactful. It's easy to use and it looks and feels modern. There are no complicated steps, everything is flexible. Uploading product data is simple and our customers can easily place orders. Next, we're looking forward to connecting Turis directly with our B2C Shopify store. Can't wait!

Cons

No cons. This software package meets all our needs perfectly.
