“Still figuring it out”
Pros
The idea behind this is awesome and it's exactly what a fashion brand needs. Of course it's still new, so there are some parts that need improvement but that's the best part about TURIS. They take all feedback seriously, no matter how small. If they can work on it, they will. If it's a bigger change, they put it on the list. Over time all the suggestions are added in and TURIS keeps getting better.
Cons
The more you work with TURIS, the better you get at understanding it and also the features you need. Some things don't always make sense and there are times when certain features are missing but if you share your ideas, they really do listen. We were a bit disappointed by the speed at first but they fixed it really quickly!

Pros
Its very easy for our customers to use and the email flow after an order is placed is a great service and it's really manageable. Onboarding was smooth too, thanks to the great service from the Turis team.
Cons
The platform is pretty easy to use. It could be even better if it had more data or KPIs like the average sale per retailer, how often each retailer uses the platform and things like that.

Pros
The implementation team was fantastic. It really helped us assign customer orders to the right agents. Plus, being able to show customers the full product range automatically boosts sales such a smart feature.
Cons
I see a lot of potential here and any extra functionality would just be a bonus.
