You have to learn all the steps to complete an order or create a shipment. It would be much easier if the system guided you through the next steps automatically.

They've been way better than most developers we've worked with. I'm happy with the results from the 4 websites we've done (both business and social). No complaints so far.

There is no way to add product videos. For basic SEO, I need outside help. The checkout process is also complicated with too many steps.
