Pros

I'm really impressed with Achievion Solutions' ability to stay on budget and adapt as the project moves forward. The team has shown a lot of integrity and honesty and I've never felt like they were being deceptive. They keeps communication open and does their due diligence, which gives us confidence that the project will succeed.

Cons

Only thing I think Achievion Solutions could improve is the speed of their communication. We have had a few stumbles in meetings because communication with an offshore teammate has caused some delays, which has made us lose momentum.

The product works great and they have been outstanding throughout the whole process. The communication is top-notch. They really work in an agile and flexible way and their approach has given us a solid method to implement changes and improve our product.

Honestly I don not think they should improve something, everything's fine.
