“Disappointing experience, poor management, avoid at all costs

Sales was very helpful at first but this level of support didn't carry over to the project team.
Cons
Looking at our implementation from the outside, it seemed like Big Bang was well-organized. However, after spending $10k with nothing to show for it and dealing with questionable billing practices, it turned out to be a terrible decision. They didn't do anything to assist with our implementation�.literally nothing!!! They just set up pointless meetings and stretched out the process to rack up hours. Also, good luck figuring out what hours you are being charged for , it was ridiculous! After many ineffective meetings and wasting $10k, we pulled the plug. When reviewing our Salesforce instance, we could see that they didn't contribute at all. I would not recommend Big Bang for any implementation.
