“Lacks extensive capabilities
Pros
The cost seemed fair at first but it turned out to be one of those �you get what you pay for� situations.
Cons
I was expecting to get solid documentation of our current architecture, along with an assessment and some recommendations. But the documentation wasn't well-organized at all. They didn't really take the time to understand where our business was heading or how we could prepare our infrastructure for the future. Honestly, it felt like they were just a service desk with a ticket system. And they were pretty slow too��tickets took forever to get done even for simple tasks.

“Customized cloud services with AWS and DevOps
Pros
ClearScale does a great job with DevOps practices and makes full use of AWS's power. Their technical expertise shines through as they craft tailored cloud solutions for each client.
Cons
The turnover rate is super high. There were challenges with mainframe migration to AWS and ClearScale. It really falls short when it comes to pinpointing issues in a single column.
