Pros
I've found the platform to be really easy to use and overall great. The reporting features are top-notch and those guided simulations were a huge help whenever I or anyone on my team got stuck.
Cons
Overall, there's not much I can complain about but I do miss how the old version was a bit more user-friendly. The new design is definitely more intuitive but honestly, a revert option would be really nice to have just in case.

Pros
Maverick has been awesome when it comes to customization. Whether it's within Oracle apps or other systems, they've always been super flexible and willing to work with me to make sure it fits my needs.
Cons
I can't think of a single thing to complain about. This has been the best experience I've ever had in my 40 years of implementing systems!

I'm really loving the upgraded Engage Learn platform. It's so much better now, user-friendly, clean design and just overall a much smoother experience.
Cons
It's super useful but I did have some issues with the Whatfix platform. It was a bit buggy for me.

“Best alternative product”
Pros
The guided Learning Simulations were a lifesaver for me and the team. It made things so much easier to understand and figure out when we were stuck.
Cons
The new look isn't as easy on the eyes or user-friendly as the previous version. Plus, the icons are way too big, which can be a bit annoying.
