Pros
It's great to have all the service providers Fujitsu partners with in one spot. Everything I need is conveniently available, which makes things a lot easier for me.
Cons
I do wish Fujitsu was more cloud-compatible and allowed for easier integration with O365. Other than that, no complaints from me.

Pros
I love working with the Fujitsu team. They are so knowledgeable and take the time to understand my company's needs. Their multi-cloud product integrates well with other providers, making it super easy for me to manage everything from one place.
Cons
There's nothing that really stands out as a dislike but it would be helpful if they could work with Cloud service providers who also cover the China region. Right now they mainly work with Europe-based providers, so for global expansion, it'd be great if they could extend services to the Beijing region too.

“What's not to love about Fujitsu Consulting?
Pros
I have to say, the their is fantastic. They're not only knowledgeable but super easy to work with. They adapt quickly to new environments and always provide quality support. Plus, I can always count on them for instant assistance whenever I reach out. Their pricing is also super reasonable for the quality of work they provide.
Cons
I've worked with Fujitsu Consulting and I've never had any challenges or complaints from my teammates. Getting user support is super easy and there's no delay when I request assistance. I'm always impressed by how quickly they respond.

Pros
Thanks to Fujitsu, I don't worry about business continuity issues anymore. They made sure our ERP software was perfectly configured for our company's needs, so we can keep things running smoothly.
Cons

“Excellent partner that keeps projects on track
Pros
It has amazing project management. They're flexible and really easy to work with. From the start, I could tell they were professionals and throughout the process, I saw how well they collaborated with our team. Even after the project was done, they kept providing support which means our asset management system is always up-to-date.
Cons
Because of COVID-19, we couldn't hold any in-person workshops, which made it harder to translate our business problems into requirements for IT. For the next project, I'd recommend that the Fujitsu team spend more time upfront really understanding the customer's needs to avoid any issues down the line.

“Outstanding consultants
Pros
The Fujitsu team is super friendly and hardworking. They go deeper into SFDC than we do, which has helped us a lot. By learning from their expertise, we've been able to improve our skills and deliver even more value to our customers.
Cons
Managing time and commitments on projects and with customers can be tough but It really nailed this relationship. One thing I'd like to see more of is certified staff for certain roles but I get that it might not always be possible for every partner in this space.
