“Strong IT management with clear guidelines
Pros
Their engineers are amazing at troubleshooting. They all are well-trained and know exactly how to handle frustrated customers. Working on projects with them has been a great experience.
Cons
Sometimes, internal rules can slow down management and issue resolution. But even with the strict guidelines, our customer was happy with the end results and the goals that were achieved.

Pros
They are highly flexible with time zones. And since our company runs on PST, we needed someone in a different time zone for off-hour support. Having a DevOps person available around the clock has been proven very helpful for keeping our system running 24/7.
Cons
The whole process takes way too long. First, we have to go through a bunch of paperwork just to start looking for a candidate. Then, we need to submit a budget for how much we can spend on the resource. And after all that we still have to wait for higher management to approve the budget before we can actually bring the person on board.
