“Outstanding Implementation Process

Pros

The project managers and a few of the consultants really impressed me with how knowledgeable they were. Whenever an issue popped up, they were quick to respond and always seemed to catch new ones before I even had to point them out.

Cons

There were a few consultants, especially some of the core accounting ones, who weren't as reliable as I had hoped. However, they were quickly reassigned, and things got back on track.
