“I had a very poor experience working with Logicworks
Pros
Our experience working with them was completely disappointing�.there was nothing positive about it.
Cons
Our experience with them was nothing short of terrible and we ended up throwing away over 22K. They completely failed to deliver on their promises and were disorganized from the start. As a small company, we needed a lot of guidance, which I clearly communicated during our initial evaluation. Unfortunately, they never took the time to explain what was done or provide any documentation. There were numerous calls where they were unprepared and at one point, we even saw their lead engineer texting the project manager saying, "I guess I should get off my couch now," while he was sharing his screen. I'm not sure if they treat larger clients differently, but based on this experience, I would never recommend them to anyone.
