Pros

The ongoing communication and the simplicity of making adjustments throughout the process was a major advantage.

Cons

You need to be prepared to invest time and effort. Mountain Point handled most of the heavy lifting and strategic thinking, but building a CRM is still a significant commitment.

Our one true partner

Pros

The main factors in the success of this project were our flexible approach and the team we assembled to manage the implementation. We kicked off with comprehensive demonstrations and discovery sessions, which not only showcased the platform's features but also helped Mountain Point gain a deeper understanding of our business needs. Mountain Point utilized these insights to structure the project milestones and draft a detailed plan. Both sides knew that the plan would need to evolve. Over the 18-month project timeline, our ability to adapt allowed us to deliver solutions that met the shifting needs of the business. And we built an internal team of super users, each representing a different user group within the company. This team gave invaluable feedback from all angles, allowing us to develop systems and processes collaboratively, which made the go-live transition much smoother.

Cons

About halfway through the project, we fell out of sync on the projected hours. I believe the communication could have been better in that regard. We addressed this directly with Mountain Point and we were able to realign quickly.

Mountain Point kept everyone involved in the project regularly updated on its progress. They worked closely with the business to fully understand the requirements and goals, offering knowledgeable staff throughout the process from start to finish and they continue to support the business as needed.

Pros

They've always been quick to respond, well-informed and accommodating. Having a dedicated point of contact, rather than relying on a ticketing system, has been such a relief.

Pros

Mountain Point has in-depth expertise in both the Salesforce platform and Rootstock ERP. While it's one thing to understand Rootstock ERP, their combined knowledge of both platforms allows them to unlock powerful enhancements and potential in both systems.

Cons

When we were first going live in 2016, it felt like they might have been slightly understaffed but since then, I believe they've resolved that issue and I haven't had any problems since.
