Operatus has a great pool of resources to tap into for specialized needs. For instance, when we needed to deploy CPQ, they brought in a CPQ expert specifically for the job.
Cons
While there's some consistency with the team supporting our account, turnover is a bit higher than with full-time hires so capturing knowledge is essential to maintain continuity.

The Operatus team we worked with was incredibly talented, communicative and responsive. They seamlessly integrated with our team, understood our processes and gave great feedback on how to improve our workflows. They also helped us brainstorm creative, cost-effective solutions. Special thanks to their representative, who went above and beyond throughout the project and really took ownership of her work. The whole team's dedication and ingenuity made it a pleasure to work with them.
Cons
We had the typical constraints of time, scope and budget with this project but we collaborated with the team to make the right compromises and quickly adapted as we figured out the most effective way to work together.

The Operatus team is made up of senior, experienced experts. When they don't have the answer, they find it. I inherited a broken and poorly-documented tech stack, and while others gave up on it, Operatus rolled up their sleeves and worked with me to fix it.
