Pros

From the start, the leadership team was great to work with. They really focused on building a partnership and seemed genuinely invested in figuring out the best way to implement things to meet our needs. They helped us think outside the box instead of sticking to the same old methods. They've also been flexible with setting up an ongoing support contract, understanding that we want to reduce our reliance on external parties over time.

Cons

We had a few issues where some members of the Perficient development team didn't quite mesh with our own team. I think it had to do with a bit of a leadership maturity gap within their DevOps team. While developers aren't always expected to be traditional "leaders," they should still have the soft skills needed to maintain relationships and de-escalate conflicts. That said, Perficient leadership was very open to our feedback and in the end, everything worked out fine.

“Very Dissappointed

Pros

The initial audit and project (when they were Ameex) went really well. They executed everything as expected and even went above and beyond. The support we got after that started off strong but unfortunately, it started to fade over time.

Cons

We worked with them for ongoing support from August 2021 to November 2022 but I started raising concerns about the speed of communication. At that point, they suggested I double my hours to get better support from a dedicated team. Fast forward to February 2022 and I still hadn't seen any improvement. I couldn't get the time tracking I repeatedly asked for and there were numerous issues with each code push.
