Pros

The scoring system, which is based on Promoters and Detractors, makes it easier to track both positive and negative feedback and improve accordingly. There are also plenty of filters to apply when generating reports, whether it is analyzing customer reviews, identifying needs or spotting areas that need improvement. From my experience, higher scores highlight the best-performing stores, while lower scores point out the ones that need work. This has made my job in operations much more manageable.

Cons

When it comes to score calculations, neutral customer scores are not included. This makes sense but it would be great if there was an option to adjust that.
