Outstanding collaborator

Pros

They are not only technically skilled with the tools we use but they also have a great group of internal thought leaders who helped our team align on the best system design and architecture for our needs.

Cons

Pros

Discovery process was excellent, we laid out the entire project from start to finish, which made everything go smoothly.

A complete waste of our time, money and resources

Pros

I really appreciated the "Scope of Work" PDF they sent after our first meeting. It clearly outlined the plan and helped me understand everyone's role and who I'd be working with.

Cons

I disliked the whole project from start to finish. The worst part was being left with an unfinished system that looked unprofessional and I had to figure out how to fix it myself.

Amazing experience with MondayCall Salesforce Conversion

Pros

Their technical skills, business insights, project management and customer support are exceptional. Our data migration and integration with internal systems went seamlessly and required minimal effort from our side. MondayCall went above and beyond, surpassing our expectations in every aspect.

Cons

We didn't dislike anything about working with them. Their customer service was amazing.

A fantastic team to collaborate

Pros

We began our project with a different consulting team, but they did not meet our expectations. MondayCall recognized that we needed to rebuild trust. They immediately took action, working closely with us to establish a clear timeline with deliverables for the project. The project manager was thoughtful and kept everything on track, ensuring both the MondayCall staff and our team remained aligned. There were a few technically challenging aspects of the project. However, the engineer assigned to our project was not only easy to work with but also fun to collaborate with, making sure to integrate smoothly with our internal engineering team. We had a few custom components in the project and the MondayCall team came up with creative solutions and workarounds to achieve exactly what I was asking for. I truly appreciated their ingenuity and grew to trust that no matter what I envisioned, they would find a way to make it happen.

Cons

Our project had a few tough technical challenges. But the engineer we worked with was great, easy going and fun and worked seamlessly with our internal team.

Impressive results, clear communication, great pricing and deep product knowledge!

Our project manager did an excellent job of asking the right questions to clearly understand our needs. I was really impressed with the consultant's skills, who came up with a solution that far exceeded our expectations.

Affordable, adaptable and highly communicative CRM implementation partner

Pros

MondayCall was an awesome partner for our Salesforce implementation. They were super flexible, really understood our goals and somehow we ended up finishing ahead of schedule and under budget. Honestly, couldn't ask for more as a project owner! I'd definitely recommend them.

Need quick solution for CPQ setup? They are always ready to deliver

Pros

I had a tight 3 month window to set up, migrate data, test and deploy a Salesforce CPQ solution for my sales team. While I had strong admin skills, I had zero experience with CPQ. Marcus was there from start to finish and did an amazing job guiding me through the process and helping me launch the solution. I can't say enough good things about their respresentatives and overall team.

No issues at all! Everything was fantastic.
