Pros

Whether my sales team is large or small, the system works efficiently and offers all the features and integrations we might need.

Cons

It manages your sales without the headache

Pros

The best feature for me is being able to manage, assign and track the entire sales process, even with teams spread across the country, without the need for an in-house server.

Cons

Although the learning curve for Salesforce is somewhat steep, I've found the support sections, training materials and the user community to be incredibly helpful in solving problems.

Great tool for Tax Associates to work with clients more smoothly and remotely

Pros

This software is incredible, as it allows me to handle many tasks in one space, with multiple apps and features integrated.

Cons

Its super convenient

Pros

I appreciate how simple it is to use Salesforce Sales Cloud. I can access it from any device, and all the information is readily available. It also provides a secure login process.

Cons

Sure, getting used to it at first can be challenging, but with time, everything falls into place and it becomes much easier to use.

Develop a high-performing young sales team

Pros

From the moment it was activated, I was able to use tools for training, mentoring and developing my sales team. The visual tools and reports were immensely helpful to a growing and learning team.

Cons

The costs and the need for customization can sometimes feel overwhelming, but anyways once it's tailored to your needs, it's worth every penny.

Making listings more efficient

Pros

It is a sales pro's best tool

Pros

My top two favorite features were the pipeline tool and contact management. Being able to provide accurate data and predict sales during meetings is crucial for company growth. Having my pipeline in front of me gave me confidence when presenting to my Sales Manager. I also loved how the contact management system kept a clean, organized database and allowed me to review previous messages and interactions with each contact.

Cons

I noticed that some of the sales hub training material was slightly outdated, though this was a minor issue since most of it was still useful.

Pros

For our company, Salesforce has been a real game changer. It has greatly helped with planning, scheduling calls, and following up. Linking Salesforce to Outlook has been especially useful because it simplifies my tracking and lets me go back and add any missed details from my day.

Cons

It's usually pricier than other CRM options, but buying extra licenses for users, whether they are using the platform or not, can help offset the costs.
