Pros

This tool is a total game changer for automating analyzing and auditing critical P2P processes, it's super cost effective and has over 70 features built on ABAP that work seamlessly with SAP and SAP SRM. We were stuck on a tight project deadline and were even considering upgrading to Ariba as suggested by our client's IT strategy consultants but making the switch to Ariba would've blown up the budget and timeline plus we weren't sure it would meet all our needs for automation analytics and auditing. SRM EasyHelp came to the rescue it checked almost all the boxes right out of the box and we can even customize it further if . The product's basic support and upgrades are fantastic too in fact the first upgrade came with interactive bots which was awesome. Customization is pretty quick and easy too which was a big win for us.

Cons

I think the UI/UX could be slightly better, but anyhow the product specialists have done a good job aligning the look and feel with the standard SAP screens plus the navigation tree. It integrates well with SAP but maybe SAP and all their innovation partners like Value Weaver should work with SAP to improve the UI/UX. SRM EasyHelp has still done a great job and looks aesthetically better than the normal SAP and other SAP utilities.

perfect for both support staff and end-users

Pros

I have to say this product is pretty well-designed for both SRM end users and support staff. Some of the features actually surprised me and they really helped us make quick complex SRM updates saving us tons of time and effort. One of the best things is how easy it is to create shopping carts which is a real timesaver for the end-users moving transactions between users and purchasing groups. It's so handy and it saved us so much time.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike as the product covers all aspects of master and transactional data analysis, reporting and processing. However, their chatbot feature is not in the base product, as they develop a chatbot workflow for every client, so we may go for an integrated chatbot.
