The guidance and support from our main point of contact were outstanding. The tool they created for our customers has been incredible, making a huge difference from our previous version. Communication with their team was seamless, with access to them whenever needed (within reason). Even though our project exceeded the allocated timeframe, Webstacks stayed committed and saw it through to the end, helping us build the best car value tool on the market.

Cons

Any issue that came up was immediately addressed and resolved, often before it even became a problem. At one point, we had a team member on our account who wasn't keeping up, but our point of contact quickly stepped in and replaced them with someone better suited for the role. Thanks to their commitment to sprints and solid follow-ups, we avoided what could have been a major setback.

Their deep expertise in website design especially in the SaaS industry, really shines through. On top of all that, they are genuinely fun to work with. I actually look forward to our daily stand-ups, where we track progress and discuss ongoing tasks.

At times, I wished there was a stronger focus on optimizing the mobile experience of our website. It functions well on mobile but as a designer, I was hoping for a more polished, pixel-perfect experience. That said, whenever I raised concerns about bugs or issues, Webstacks was quick to address them.
