Communication with their team was seamless, with access to them whenever needed (within reason). Even though our project exceeded the allocated timeframe, Webstacks stayed committed and saw it through to the end, helping us build the best car value tool on the market.

Any issue that came up was immediately addressed and resolved, often before it even became a problem. At one point, we had a team member on our account who wasn't keeping up, but our point of contact quickly stepped in and replaced them with someone better suited for the role. Thanks to their commitment to sprints and solid follow-ups, we avoided what could have been a major setback.
