“75Health is really affordable.

Pros

I am in a unique position where I have access to multiple EHR and EMR software and use them to evaluate the quality standards of each of them. As a researcher, I have found 75Health to be one of the most complete software solutions which combines the best that the market has to offer in an extremely affordable package. It has an easy implementation process and all the features work flawlessly from day one. I appreciate that 75Health has a very solid cloud connection which means even the slowest of my devices is able to run the software without any issues.

Cons

A lot is great here but that affordable price tag was bound to disappoint at least at one place - records management. They have practically made it so that I actually avoid entering records myself due to how annoying the procedure is. There are a lot of steps required in a seemingly simple task. I would have loved using it if they had offered a more convenient way to simply insert locations to upload and retrieve instead of opening several tabs.

“Very easy to use.

Pros

There are a lot of benefits of using 75Health that I found but on the top is easily the simplicity. I appreciate how easy they have made navigation and that I can manage records of all of my patients quite efficiently. I can access it through my phone at any time even without an internet connection. This allows me to stay connected with my patients at all times and never miss out on anything important. The notifications and SMS functionality is very simple to get a hang of. It also has great attachment options for files and documents that I really enjoy.

Cons

It has a pretty limited medical database. That’s about the only thing they need to work on. All of the drugs that I require are present but any sort of details like side effects and environmental effects are missing. I am unable to have a detailed physical exam as the sections I’d like are not present here so I have no choice but to revert to my trusted notepad most of the time. The customer care is responsive enough that I don’t mind facing such issues and I’m sure it will be resolved in upcoming updates.

It is considered one of the best as I dont have to do any paperwork anymore. Usually, paperwork results in loss of data but through this app, I am very satisfied, impressive work.

There is hardly any as this software helps me in all the ways possible.

“Excellent charting especially for an EHR.

Pros

I love using it for note taking. There aren’t a lot of other options available that handle notes this well, at least not in my experience. I keep all the notes both clinical and personal neatly organized. What’s surprising is how well it handles charting, it is as polished as I have seen on some of the expensive project management software. They allow me to annotate on the charts which gives it a very personal touch and attaching any sort of file is easy and quick. I would recommend it to anyone working in the same field.

Cons

The software is for sure made for doctors which is fine but that makes it a bit unsuitable for others like me who are therapists. Other physiotherapists at the clinic are not comfortable using it as there arent many tailor made features available. I have a mixed opinion about the software and find it generally good enough to base my entire practice on. However, there should be more freedom to actually modify the software to the needs of individual practitioners.

I have had a great experience so far. Very basic and simple to use. The installation process was a piece of cake. Kudos!

Although the features provided are limited, the ease with which this software can be used makes up for the limited functionality.

The software is pretty nice. It has a lot of codes and shortcuts that you can learn and make your work speed so much more efficient.

The system is user-friendly, and it provides a very greatly organized working system. It is easy to arrange; sort and order the medical records in a way you like. The system is very neat and clean. The pricing is pretty much reasonable. I dig this software.

It sometimes slows down, and in comparison, to other EMR software it definitely is missing some important features, and it would be great if they could add them all.

I really like this software, and the first reason is that it is completely free, which is beneficial for someone like me who belongs to a developing country and cannot afford to pay a lot for these EMR systems. The software does not require to be installed. The data can be exported to other EMR systems easily. The system is user-friendly. The support is prompt and great. I hope they keep on getting funds for this great initiative.

Currently, no cons. But I would like if they offered an android version of the application.

The best parts about this system are the monthly reports that it generates, data being stored on cloud, and last but not least its ease of use.

Cons

It has a small size for logo. There isn’t an examination part in this system. Also, there are no reports for frequent symptoms or frequent drugs used.

The system is simple and easy to use. The interface itself isn’t complicated at all. It has all the things that we need in one page. For proper functioning of this system, it requires an internet connection.

When entering the drug details, the response time is extremely slow. They need to work on it.

Pros

I like that with just a few clicks it stores all the data of a patient that we enter. From there things become so easy to compare each patient’s record and to observe their progress. It is an excellent product and I would recommend it to everyone.

There are some parts of the software that are a bit complicated and can’t be used on a daily basis due to that. We do hope that they would improve and make it friendlier, better and give us options to use it at its max.
