This is a relatively cheap alternative to some of the more expensive choices in the marketplace. Absolute, however, is easier to use than several EMRs in this price range.

I would say the lack of customer support is the biggest issue I saw with this program. I spent a while on hold and my question was not answered.

it is the most user friendly EMR that I have ever used, everything simple and easy to find. With the full customization provided by CSP Healthcare, I was able to customize Absolute EMR to my medical use. Having the ability to access my patients medical records from anywhere, from my mobile, or laptop, saved me and my clinic lots of monthly wasted time. In summary I can say a great product and service!
