It is very easy to use the software to manage patient information. You can schedule appointments and also avoid creating duplicate records. I can squeeze in more patients now because of all the time I am saving.

They can make the software more customizable however I am also happy using it as is.

The lab interface works really well with the Quest, and we are able to receive results quicker than usual. We are able to access patient data in a secure environment which is really nice.

Due to the variability, it is difficult to have historical lab show up in one view.

To be honest, there isnt much I dislike about this tool. While there is always room for improvement, it has served our needs quite well. Perhaps the developers could consider making some enhancements, but overall, Ive had a positive experience with it during the few months Ive been using it.
