Pros
We've been using Akitu One for less than 6 months, and it has transformed our financial system and invoicing process. The cloud-based system is a huge plus, and Akitu Intelligence has integrated seamlessly into our daily routine. The support from Akitu and their team has been exceptional from day one, with great customization based on our office needs.
Cons
The migration was stressful, as our office had used another software for over 20 years, resulting in numerous financial adjustments. This was not Akitu's fault, they provided a list of accounts needing attention and unlimited support during this transition. On the administrative side, dealing mostly with schedules and reports, I've noticed some limitations in rebooking broken appointments and booking based on planned treatments. While not major issues, I'm always looking to save time where possible. The support staff have been receptive to this feedback and are exploring ways to improve.

“Best Canadian Software
Pros
This software is one of the best for dental teams. It's easy to manage and learn. I love the cloud-based feature, which allows operation from anywhere.
Cons
The billing part is a bit tricky, you need to ensure accuracy since mistakes can't be changed once billed. It would be convenient for dental offices to have an option to adjust errors. The appointment part could use a small update.

Pros
It's innovative and modern, with features like drag and drop. Being cloud-based ensures data security. Customer service and training have been accommodating and readily available. The finance section is well-organized, making billing adjustments easy.
Cons
Initially, there were some charting conditions I wanted to implement that were missing. However, the development team customized and added them for me by the time I started my subscription.

Pros
The software was easy to learn, with features like instant messaging for seamless staff communication. The Akitu One Intelligence feature has been a huge time saver for billing. It's highly customizable to fit our clinic's needs.
Cons
The technical staff have been excellent in addressing feature development requests. We suggested some minor changes to existing features, and they were able to implement them to suit our clinic's needs.
