The support team here is exceptional. They address any issues or questions I have in a personalized, thorough, and efficient manner. I truly appreciate their dedication, especially customer service. During my online training sessions, their team was incredibly patient and spent ample time helping me understand the fundamentals.

Cons

Being a 51-year-old clinician with limited tech skills, I found the learning curve to be quite steep. I struggled particularly with creating templates and despite the excellent support provided, I couldn't quite grasp it.

While there's nothing majorly wrong, a few tweaks could be beneficial. More templates for X-rays and IO photos would be useful. Also, in the probing chart, when adjustments are made during a perio exam, it should save as a new date at the end of the day.

Regarding charting, I'm not fond of the images used to represent full upper or partial dentures. I'd prefer more comprehensive charting for AAP periodontal stages and tissue conditions. As a hygienist, I feel this area could be more detailed. It would be great to annotate the odontograms for a clearer depiction, such as showing larger decay areas beyond just a simple dot.

There are some minor features and algorithms that could be improved to enhance usability. However, these issues are minor, and the support team always addresses them promptly when raised. This once again reflects the great customer service I've experienced.

Being cloud-based allows me to access the software from anywhere. It's very easy to use and learn, with modern, professional graphics. Creating personalized clinical notes templates is easy, and their customer support is quick to respond.

Cons

Moving through the perio chart tooth by tooth is slow because each tooth needs to be clicked with the mouse. For example, adding BOP after taking probing measurements requires multiple clicks. Written support material for reference on my own would be helpful.

Not having preset Dental History and Medical History forms available for a quick start to the program is a drawback.
