During my online training sessions, their team was incredibly patient and spent ample time helping me understand the fundamentals.
Cons
Being a 51-year-old clinician with limited tech skills, I found the learning curve to be quite steep. I struggled particularly with creating templates and despite the excellent support provided, I couldn't quite grasp it.
