Professional support

Pros

Working with our account manager has been amazing. They've been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Cons

Data exploration could be better and it's frustrating that every new addition comes with an extra cost.

solid reporting tools

Pros

The reporting tools are quite strong and the overall layout makes sense. The client and employee search is responsive and there's a decent level of control when it comes to restricting access by user roles.

Cons

Where it falls short is in SQL reporting especially around how form context fields are labeled and connected. A lot of the data available from client or employee profiles can be pulled into reports which is useful but it's not obvious that those options even exist unless you already know to look for them. DE 2.0 also has too much redundant wording which can lead to multiple results when building reports for things like client contact details. For example, having both "Client Contact Type" and "Client Contact Type (form context field)" is confusing especially when often only one of them actually returns any data.

Versatile forms with strong potential

Pros

There are a lot of possibilities with the forms and I'm still learning everything it can do. I'm hoping that as I get more familiar with it, it will help create even more efficiency in our workflow.

Cons

One frustrating part is having to refresh the page after making changes to a schedule. When you're handling several schedule updates in a row, that gets old very quickly.

Great for nursing documentation and scheduling

Pros

The layout works really well for nursing documentation and scheduling. It helps make sure local accrediting guidelines are being followed.

Cons

I'd still like the option to add the medication profile directly to the Plan of Treatment when it's faxed to the physician.

Uncomplicated scheduling

Pros

Scheduling with it is uncomplicated and one of the biggest benefits is that my PSWs can view their client lists right from their mobile devices.

Cons

Data Exploration 2.0 could really use a user manual.

Customization that fits our workflow

Pros

The customization options work really well for our business and their many partnerships have also helped us organize how we operate.

Cons

One area that has been frustrating is the follow-through after training sessions. We had trouble getting the slide decks and getting answers to follow-up questions even after sending several emails.

tidy interface

Pros

The interface is clean and being able to keep multiple windows open at the same time is a big plus.

Cons

As a Children's Treatment Centre, we've had a hard time because the software really isn't built around the way we operate. We've had to completely rework our workflows just to make them fit the system, instead of having the software support our processes in a more efficient way.

Useful client info in one place

Pros

It's helpful having client information connected in one place and being able to handle different parts of work for the same client, like PSW services, accounting, transportation and more.

Cons

The internet and service connection issues are frustrating and billing can be difficult to manage.

Pros

The ability to create custom reports and forms is a big plus and makes the software much more useful for our needs.

Cons

Printed reports come out too small on paper. I'd also like to see more staff compliance requirements built into the system.
