Pros

From my experience getting the system integrated and set up was pretty simple. I'm a big fan of the Scheduler and Reports tabs, they let me quickly see which staff have which patients and view overall counts or details and I can print those Reports right from my desk.

Cons

I have noticed that when serious bugs or other issues pop up, it can take IT quite a while to resolve them.
