Pros
I think it does a great job with its analytics features as they're powerful, clear and genuinely useful. It gives me the precise insights I need into patient populations and practice operations helping me make better-informed decisions and clearly identify areas where we can improve efficiency and care. It turns data into actionable direction.
Cons
I've run into some issues with interoperability especially when trying to share data with other providers or systems. This makes it harder to set up the type of data sharing system some organizations need and often requires extra manual work to transfer data between systems.

“easy multiple schedule view
Pros
So far I can easily check out multiple schedules from different doctors at a glance and see exactly when they have open time slots available. That visibility makes coordinating and booking appointments so much easier, faster and more efficient.. cutting down on back-and-forth and giving patients clear, real-time options.
Cons
Can't narrow down ICD-10 codes unless I have certain permissions which is frustrating.

Pros
What I love is how convenient and dynamic it is.... it adapts easily to different needs and situations. The interface is exceptionally well-organized and clean which makes every interaction feel smooth and efficient. It�s the kind of tool that just works the way you hope it will.
Cons
I'm a bit concerned about security. It could potentially be targeted by hackers and that might make accessing patient data more difficult.

“The best EhR I've ever worked with
Pros
Having used numerous EHRs I can confidently say this is hands down the best EHR I've worked with. The system lets me communicate everything about a patient clearly from financial details to allergies. I no longer need to search through the patient's entire chart for key info. Charge entry and reconciliation are so much easier here too. Running reports on practice finances is way simpler. Honestly in my 21 years in healthcare this has been the best.
Cons
Like with most EHR systems there are just a ton of clicks to get through to finish up a visit which can slow me down.

I find the interface is logical and thoughtfully laid out as everything just makes sense where it�s placed. It is well-organized and listed all the nursing homes in a clear, structured way that was easy to follow and filter making what could be an overwhelming search feel manageable.
Cons
It took a while to load and would break down often which was annoying.

I really love how well it integrates with all medical records across our whole facility. I've worked with paper referrals and records before and it's such a relief to just click on a clinical desktop and have all that info right in front of me.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that you can't check your schedule while editing a note at the same time. It makes things more complicated and it feels like I'm clicking extra to get where I need to go.

It is dependable, simple to use and tidy. Communication with other providers and patients is smooth and I trust that labs, messages and imaging results are getting to where they need to go.
Cons
I've had to ask IT to build or customize documentation templates which slows me down. I'd much rather have a system where I can do that myself instead of having to wait on IT.

Being able to open multiple windows and view documents from any desktop is a huge advantage for me.

I can't see a patient's appointment history from the appointment window which makes it harder to keep track of things.

This is a solid EHR. It lets me access patient data that I can't find in other systems especially on the Clinical Desktop.
Cons
The password change requirements are confusing and the system automatically locks you out after a certain time. It can be a bit much to deal with.

My experience of 5 years has been excellent and I absolutely love it. The software is super convenient. Of course like any software, you'll need a bit of training but once you start using it, it's easy to get the hang of.
Cons
There's really not much I don't like but I wish the icons were bigger so I could easily spot sections.

In theory it's a great tool for that but unfortunately it crashes a lot since the system is old and can't handle too many tabs at once.
Cons
We can't get full hospital system access. We have multiple departments but we can't see what's going on with other areas for a patient. I also work in research and clinical trials and it doesn't let me correct any mistakes. Once something is entered, like a lab order, it's set in stone.

Pros
The interface is well laid out and user-friendly. It's so simple for new users to get the hang of and it helps solve complicated cases quicker. The license cost is reasonable too which is a big plus. I'd recommend it to anyone who values time and cost.
Cons
It would really help if there were more tooltips and better docs. Right now I rely a lot on customer support and the product docs just don't go into enough detail. If they improved this I'd be way happier with the product.
