“My experience with Althea
Pros
Althea is really easy to use right from the start. It's flexible and adapts well to how my practice works. Since using it, managing the daily tasks and keeping everything organized has become much smoother and less stressful for me.
Cons
I'm really looking forward to when the interface with our ASC software is finished.

“Awesome & super user-friendly
Pros
Honestly, It is really simple and user-friendly. It includes all the features that I need to run my medical practice efficiently, so I don't feel like I'm missing anything important. Everything I need is right there and it makes my workflow a lot easier.
Cons

“Fantastic work
Pros
I've been impressed with how intelligent the system is. It's easy to understand even if you're not super tech-savvy and it gives me tons of helpful information. That makes it easier for me to make informed decisions and keep up with patient care.

“Smooth and easy to operate
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about this app is how user-friendly it is. The features are well-designed to help create an efficient workflow especially when I'm working through patient charts. It saves me time and lets me focus more on the patients than on the software.
Cons
Sometimes when we pick the pharmacy to send meds, the app just kicks me out and I have to log in again.

Pros
What's really great is that all the important information about my patients is right there on the very first screen I see when I open the chart. That setup has made my job a lot easier because I don't have to click around searching for details, everything I need is right in front of me.
Cons
I can't think of anything wrong right now. I'm happy with this system.

“I'm happy with it
Pros
The ease of use in real-time is a big plus for me. Using the voice-to-text feature with Dragon software makes documenting patient visits so much quicker and less tiring. It's a game changer when it comes to handling paperwork efficiently.
Cons
Not much to complain about but I wish there were more options to integrate with other companies like x-ray software.

The interface is really simple and very easy to use. Even if you're new to it, you won't get lost or overwhelmed. Everything is laid out clearly, so you can focus on your work without struggling with complicated menus.

Pros
I really appreciate how flexible and efficient It is. The speech and dictation features work incredibly well even when I speak with an accent. It's nice that it can accommodate different ways of speaking without any problems.
Cons
Pricing is a thing, the EHR runs on iPad and iPhone but the front desk uses a desktop.

It saves me so much time daily because it's user-friendly and easy to navigate. On top of that, the support team is fantastic and they're quick to respond whenever I have a question or run into any issues which gives me peace of mind.

Pros
When I had to switch to a new EHR system, it was stressful but the IT manager made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. He was patient, responsive and helped me every step of the way. Even now if I have any questions or problems, he's quick to assist, so using the system feels smooth.
Cons
You have to open a new tab every time you want to look at a chart and I wish patient phone numbers showed up as soon as you click their name.

Pros
One feature I love is being able to use Althea on my iPad. It makes it so much easier to carry my computer around with me as I move from room to room. Plus charting patients' information is really easy and quick which lets me spend more time focusing on the care they need.
Cons
I can't use some of the pharmacy's limited frequency wording, which is frustrating.
