“All information on a single page

Pros

One thing I really like is that all the info I need shows up on one page. It makes scanning through everything so much faster and I can jump back to what I need without wasting time.

Cons

At the moment, I can't think of anything I really dislike about it, there aren't any features or quirks that bother me right now.

“Simple platform with expert support

Pros

Every time I use the platform, I'm impressed with how easy it is to move around and find what I need. Plus, every person on the support team I've talked to has been friendly, quick to help and knows their stuff.

Cons

What I currently find limiting is the inability to extract demographic and other data from the system which would greatly aid our sales and marketing teams when building customer profiles.
