I really like how we can keep an eye on and track all sorts of routine tasks. Plus we can easily access test results from days, months or even years ago whenever we need them.

Aurora is a powerful EHR. Not only is it practical but also efficient and I found it really easy to use, which is perfect for our data-heavy clinical environment.
Cons
Sometimes the system gets slow, and I am unsure if this is due to our internet connection or if it's an issue with the system itself. I have informed the technical teams about this issue.

It is very easy to use and pretty much explains itself which saves us a lot of time.
Cons
I don't like that it is not compatible with all types of tablets, which forced me to purchase an iPad specifically for the software.

With Aurora, retrieving, reviewing, graphing, or analyzing patient data has become so much easier for me. Also it provides us with full control and complete access to patient data and records.
Cons
Regular updates often feel like more of a waste of my time than actually providing any useful upgrade or improvement to the system.

Aurora EMR has many excellent features, some of which are very user-friendly, but I have noticed that certain functions need further beta testing.
Cons
I feel like it would be great if the updates went through some basic beta testing to make sure they work properly with the product.
