“Great functionality but missing one major feature
Pros
Their intuitive user interface, multiple windows allow easy multitasking, and the ability to run different types of reports.
Cons
The website is hard to access on mobile devices. very little patient information is accessible to me from mobile devices in the field. After several conversations with the company's development team asking them to optimize the site for mobile viewing, so far, no changes have been made, and it has been over 6 months.

“It is self explainatory so i really like it.
Pros
If I forget something to chart, I can go back and put it where it belongs, ensuring a neater form without having to jump around the page.
Cons
When I probe the selections, sometimes they seem to light up, so I just go on, but in reality, I didn't fully select them.

Pros
I get notifications of changes along with educational videos.
Cons
The support ticketing center is a JOKE!! The issues I put in the ticketing center are never addressed; it always states "in progress" and this goes on for weeks.

I don't know what to write. It's okay. I really don't like that I have to type 100 words just to leave a comment in the box below.
Cons
It is hard to use on my phone through the browser. It doesn't load right and when the keyboard comes up, it covers 90% of the screen so I can't see anything I'm writing. It's impossible to do a write-up at a patient's house. I can never read my messages either because the message box on the left-hand side can't be minimized to read the message.

“Lacks use for use with Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Patients
Pros
The medication profile is simple and easy but does not address medication administration times. The scheduling program is smooth as well.
Cons
It lacks the necessary assessment data questions in each skilled form. It lacks authorization forms. I have difficulty adhering to documentation standards due to difficulty with documentation requirements with the use of this program, which is not geared for Pediatric Private Duty.

Pros
It's not hard to use. It's intuitive. The dashboard looks nice. I'm not sure what else to say compared to other programs I've used.
Cons
There are not enough prompts for me as a nurse. Issues like the last bowel movement are not provided. This leaves lots of room for error. My documentation relies heavily on interventions being provided. I need something geared towards pediatrics. It is very not user-friendly.

Pros
This product is very simple, and navigating through different parts of the program is easy. Screens are not cluttered, making it easier to use.
Cons
I should be able to pull up reports, like a wound log. I should also be able to have everything electronic, like TARs.

I can edit and update most use information easily. Adding a new employee is very simple too.
Cons
I can't update the e-mails of employees. After e-mailing AXXESS to update an employee's e-mail, it still shows the old e-mail on my end, and this creates problems because I really need to see the correct e-mail and use it to contact each employee. I have had to create a spreadsheet with the proper information for each employee because many of the user e-mails show wrong on my end.

The care plan for the home health aide is easy to complete with the templates. Communication notes for clients are simple to do.
Cons
There are no communication notes on employees, which are really needed. Tracking conversations with my employees and making communication notes on paper, then scanning them into the system does not work well. Building reports on the system does not work well, and I don't feel I can trust the information to be correct. I can't do a visit prior to the expiration date because the system will not use the new care period until the day after it begins. I try to do visits within 5 days prior to the expiration.

Pros
I can use previous notes to see others' charting in the print queue. I love the EMAR and the I&O sheet.
Cons
I need more check-offs on flow sheets because if I'm working a PRN case, it's going to take a long time to fill it out. It would be easier to check off.

N/A. I have no positive things to say about this app. I really wish the map it provides could be used as a GPS instead of just showing us where we are.
Cons

I like the body system reminders so that I don't forget to chart something.
Cons
I wish there were places to mark down all of the vital signs more than once per shift rather than one space plus the ability to add one extra Heart Rate. In an 8-hour shift, I am required to document vitals at least Q4H, and for those of us who work longer than 8-hour shifts, we do 3 sets of vitals.
