Pros
Running Montana's NARR affiliate across a large rural state means we need one dependable place to manage the full recovery home certification process and this platform has become that system for us. Applications, data collection, reporting and network visibility are all avalaible in one clean well organized platform which makes daily work much more manageable. Their customer support has been exceptional and quick to respond whenever needed. Over our first three years the networks and structure we built throughout Montanas recovery ecosystem would not have happened without this software. It has significantly expanded RAMs statewide impact by helping us move faster in adopting national recovery housing standards while staying fully aligned with Montana legislation.
Cons
Because it is such a comprehensive platform there is an adjustment period during onboarding while users get familiar with the full workflow. The new features and updates have brought a lot of value but some teams still need time to fully absorb those changes and work them into their everyday processes.

Pros
Getting started with the software was very easy and it's simple to wokr with once you're in it. Whenever I had a question the help link answered it and customer support was also very helpful when I needed assistance.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is that when you adjust or rename certain items and then bill or claim them again they aren't fully removed and still continue to appear.

“All in one organized platform!”
Pros
Running our sober living home is much more manageable with this platform since it keeps applications, contracts, payments and everything else organized in one place. It has saved us from the trouble of scanning documents or dealing with piles of paperwork. The reporting has also been really helpful for our accountant. Apart from that the customer service has been excellent! They actually pay attention to customer feedback and continue updating the software to make it more user friendly.
Cons
There is a bit of trial and error at first and it takes some time to learn your way around by using it and asking questions but that is pretty typical with any system.

The software is easy and it's simple to learn. Whenever questions come up the help link is actually useful and customer service was very helpful the time we needed assistance as well.
Cons
Some parts are harder to customize or rename than they should be and when payments or charges are redone they are not fully removed since they can still be seen afterward.

Using this system was a very positive experience because the training was excellent. Onboarding into the platform felt to the point and the software itself is very user friendly. It's simple to move through the system confidently and understand where everything is.
Cons
I really enjoy using the software and honestly haven't run into any problems with it.

Getting around the software feels very easy. It's self-explanatory, the data options are organized in a very logical way and everything flows naturally from one step to the next. The reporting is also flexible and can be customized to fit different needs.

Pros
Has been an excellent addition to our business. The billing tools especially the Stripe integration work really well and every feature has been useful for us. The standout part though is the customer service. They were incredibly helpful during setup and have been very quick to resolve any technical issues that come up.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about this product. I did suggest an additional feature and they are already considering it.

Pros
Setting up a client in the system is really simple and billing is easy too. It's also a really solid software for clients to use on their end.
Cons
During the transition to the new version there were a few glitches but the team responded quickly and fixed the issues fast :)

Pros
Having our Recovery House residents information including their recovery progress right at our fingertips has really improved communication among staff, house managers and residents. As we keep expanding this should save staff a lot of time on the administrative work and recordkeeping our state requires. It also works well on mobile devices and the customer service team has been very quick to respond whenever we need help.
Cons
Switching over from our old way of doing things has taken a bit of time on our end. At first I personally would have liked an operating manual to give a clearer overall picture of how everything connects. That said the new product tour has been a big improvement and is helping my staff move past some of the fears they had around the difficulty level.

“Platform with real value”
Pros
Right away the wide range of functions made it possible for us to shape the platform around how we actually work. Even though there are plenty of features we do not currently use it also includes so many essential tools that we had previously been piecing together with random workarounds. Having everything in one place has cut down on both costs and the confusion of jumping back and forth between different systems. A few team members are not especially comfortable with desktop based software but once they learned the app they were able to use it without much trouble.
Cons
There are still a handful of features we would like to adjust or scale more and a few templates feel almost right but not quite a perfect match for what we need. We are paying for the larger suite so we can keep access to nearly everything we might need down the line and we expect that over time we will see even more flexibility from the program.
