A pretty good solution for HR operations

Pros

I can quickly resolve work-life needs at the HR level, and it's handled centrally.

Cons

The licensing model mentioned earlier is always a challenge and something that needs to be carefully reviewed during the final sizing.

Pros

CR Essentials has a simple interface that's easy for me to navigate, even as someone new to customer relationship management (CRM). The layout is simple, so I was able to get comfortable with it really fast.

Cons

While CR Essentials is great for basic CRM needs, it may be missing some of the more advanced features found in higher-tier CRMs, like detailed analytics or advanced automation.

ABA Providers and EVV Users will benefit from Behaviorsoft

Pros

Behaviorsofts support is outstanding. Initially, we had some issues with glitches and adapting the software to our workflow during the transition. However, their fast response, round-the-clock availability, and ability to offer quick solutions that cater to our specific requirements convinced us to stay with them. They even made software modifications based on our demands and are highly professional and knowledgeable.

Cons

The way the replacements are shown on the graph is something we’d still like to improve. Of course, there is always room for some fine-tuning, but honestly there is nothing I dislike about the software. It's just a few things we did like to personalize more as we continue using it.

Totally worth the investment!

Pros

The support team and customer account representatives at EXYM are great and very helpful. They have provided us with additional training and support during a period of staff turnover at our agency. The cost is reasonable for a smaller agency like ours.

Cons

The only area where I see room for improvement is submitting initial referrals to Medicaid services. I have not been able to figure out how to attach documents to send to insurance companies for service approval. Right now, I have to go through the different insurance company portals to do that. If Behaviorsoft could add the ability to send these documents directly to the insurance companies, it would save a lot of extra hassle. As a new company, navigating these approvals has been tricky and it's delayed us from getting the reimbursement we need.

What you pay for is exactly what you get

Pros

For small companies, this is an affordable option. It uses the English language code.

Cons

The software crashing pretty often, and it doesn't upload mobile data very efficiently. On top of that, customer service is slow and sometimes they can't fix the problems we are facing right away.

Everything you need is available

Pros

We tried out demos of several behavior therapy practice platforms and found that Behavior Soft had all the features of the more expensive ones but was way easier to use. Unlike other platforms, we did not need long training sessions because we were able to figure out how to use everything we needed just minutes after logging in. The user interface is well organized, clean and simple to navigate. If you've used any other data collection platforms before, you'll find it really easy to get started with this one.

Cons

I did not find any flaws or negative aspects in the platform.

Equipped with all the essentials

Pros

I found the program easy to use and learn. It allowed me to quickly add our staff to the system and track expiration dates on certifications. Adding client/patient information was also simple, and my staff can quickly add notes and track progress through charts and graphs. Our director can view all clients in one place and provide feedback directly to the technician through messaging.

Cons

I havent encountered any issues yet.

I'm in love with this software

Pros

Having all my therapist and client data in one place, with automatic tracking, is incredible. The feature that generates notes and reviews from the data is also fantastic.

Cons

Well i did really love to be able to incorporate my activity-based therapies into the software. I have heard it's being beta-tested and am hoping to get in on that group to try it out. Another thing I did love to see is an integration with QuickBooks so I can track accounting right through the software. That would make everything so much easier.

Intuitive and simple to use

Pros

Saves me a lot of time

Pros

BehaviorSoft saves me so much time, and I can access the information I need right away. Also it really helps me and my colleagues with our work. Moreover the software is super easy to use and brings together all the important info for the whole team. Like I sais before it is a huge time-saver for office tasks.

Pros

It is a really friendly platform and I find it super easy to use. It also connects with EVV and has GPS, which is a nice bonus.

Cons

It is not a con but I wish the graphing feature showed daily progress instead of just the weekly average of the data.

Have to add codes every time, which annoys me

Pros

It's user-friendly and straightforward, with information that is clear and easy for me to access.

Cuts down on paperwork

Pros

It is really easy to use and it is made data collection a lot simpler. Plus it cut down on paperwork and made it way easier for me to track client progress.

Cons

At first, I found the app a bit tricky to use. Also I really wish it worked the same way as when I use it on a laptop or computer. Because for me, it's just way easier to input data on the laptop than through the app.
