“Better option than procentive

Pros

It is really user-friendly and their customer service is excellent. It simplifies the process of saving, signing and submitting insurance claims with just one click. I also love that it gives me the option to print invoices and contractor pay reports easily.

Cons

Unfortunately, it doesNot support client e-signatures, and it lacks custom forms. I'm eagerly awaiting the activation of the client portal.

Pros

This software is easy to learn. The technical support has been invaluable and the training, along with the one-on-one assistance, has really helped me and my team get up to speed.

Cons

It currently lacks a reminder call feature for clients and isn't yet compatible with adding a doctor to the practice.

BreezyNotes is super easy to use and I can quickly write up client sessions. Their customer service is really good and always quick to help.

At this point, I have no negative comments to share about BreezyNotes, as everything has been positive.

It makes charting so much easier and more efficient. It also lets me review records and client information quickly and easily.

I think the treatment plan section could use more options for tracking progress, other than just the 'percentage of goal reached.

It is really flexible and easy to learn. I didn't need any specific training but a tip sheet and some experimentation helped me get the hang of it. The automatic population of session notes is definitely a plus.

Cons

The system's timeout feature, combined with the lack of an automatic save function, can lead to data loss if I don't save periodically. It doesn't have the automatic save feature that some other software offers.

“Top product and excellent support

Pros

I've been using BreezyNotes since August 2016 and later subscribed to their billing service. I genuinely regret not joining sooner. The EHR is user-friendly and tailored for therapists, and the billing service enhances its convenience. I can write, sign, and submit Notes for billing in just 5 minutes. The customer service is exceptional, with a responsive team that goes above and beyond to assist. They even implemented a feature I requested within half an hour, demonstrating their dedication to user.

Cons

I'm looking forward to the upcoming client portal feature, as it's currently under development.

This is an easy-to-use EHR platform that's worked really well for my mental health practice. My practice grew from 4 to 10 employees while using it. The customer service is quick and helpful, always making improvements when needed. It's user-friendly, so my team can finish notes fast and handle billing easily. It's also great value for the price.

Cons

While BreezyNotes excels in many areas, it currently lacks a client portal, although it's in Beta testing. Additionally, a more comprehensive "clinic view" format for practices with multiple clinicians is still in development.

It could use more report options but overall it's a great EHR choice.

It has been my choice for over a year, significantly improving my professional life. It's user-friendly and the integration of billing and charting is simple. Importing ERAs is also very easy and the support provided is fantastic.

Correcting billing issues can be a bit confusing at times but I know that's pretty common with most billing software.

The system's manual data entry and limited automation can be time-consuming. The treatment plan also lacks pre-populated choices, so I have to enter goals and strategies manually.
